On Tuesday, February 27, we held a groundbreaking ceremony on site for Ahlsell’s new central warehouse in Eidsvoll, Norway. When the work is completed in about a year and a half, there will be building comprising 62,000 sim here. Parts of the facility will be as high as 36 meters, to accommodate a high-bay warehouse. Both Ahlsell and we have high ambitions in the sustainability area. Therefore, the facility will be Breeam-certified, and a solar power plant will be installed on the roof, which will generate at least as much electricity per year as the building needs. The deal with Ahlsell is an excellent example of LC’s core business, where we offer our customers a complete solution with land in an attractive location, project development, and construction.
