Logistic Contractor has signed an agreement with the Norwegian company Fabritius Group to expand Hemtex’s logistics facility and office in Borås, Sweden by 32,000 square meters, including a mezzanine level. LC also constructed the current building of 26,000 square meters, completed as recently as March this year. The project includes a new loading yard, and the order value amounts to approximately SEK 200 million. The expansion will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver standard, just as the existing building is.

Construction will commence in February next year, with a production time estimated to twelve months.
