Logistic Contractor has been commissioned to develop and build a logistics facility of 9,000 sqm in Örebro, Sweden, for a major global company that cannot currently be named. A twelve-year lease has been signed with the customer with a base year rent of SEK 5.9 million.
The facility is to be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and will be built in an excellent logistics location in Västra Pilängen’s industrial area, in direct connection to motorways E18 and E20. For efficient warehouse management, an automated robot system will be installed in the building. Ground work will begin this summer and the property will be handed over to the customer during June 2023.
