Logistics developer Verdion is expanding its collaboration with Logistic Contractor. An agreement has been signed to build a logistics facility of 15,000 square meters in the Bäckebol area in Gothenburg, Sweden. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 200 million. Earlier this year, Logistic Contractor began constructing a similar facility for Verdion outside Vaggeryd, Sweden. Both will be certified according to Breeam and for the facility in Gothenburg, the goal is to achieve the level Excellent.

The project begins immediately with the demolition of an existing property. The new facility will be handed over to Verdion during the third quarter of 2024.
