LC has signed an agreement with the developer and property owner LogiDev to construct a logistics facility just north of Uppsala, Sweden. The assignment includes a building of 21,400 square meters, including a 2,000 square meter mezzanine floor. The order value amounts to approximately 150 million SEK, and environmental certification will be carried out according to BREEAM level Excellent.
“LogiDev is a new client for us whom we have come to know well after completing collaborative design work during the early summer. We are now planning for construction to begin later this year and will deliver an efficient and sustainable logistics facility to them in the autumn of 2024,” says Benn Karlberg, CEO of Logistic Contractor AB.
