When the IT company Atea Logistics needed new premises in Växjö, the task went to Logistic Contractor to develop and build a central warehouse, offices, and a configuration center that also included a state-of-the-art recycling department for handling and recycling old IT products. 3000 sqm of solar panels cover the majority of the property’s energy needs.
The result was a state-of-the-art building with attractive and spacious premises, which in 2019 received the award for Logistics Facility of the Year from the magazine Dagens Logistik. The total project covered 27,000 sqm and the property is located adjacent to Växjö Småland Airport.
