Morgongåva Logistikfastigheter has signed a contract with Logistic Contractor to build a warehouse and distribution centre in the municipality of Heby north of Uppsala, Sweden. The tenant at the facility is Apotea, an online pharmacy.
The facility has a total area of 38,000 square metres, including an 8,000 square metre mezzanine floor, and complies with high demands for technical design and energy efficiency. Half of the roof area will be covered with solar cells, and the building will have ground-source heating.
