In the Ilvesvuori industrial area, approximately 30 km from central Helsinki, we’ve constructed a logistics facility spanning 9,000 square meters. The client is Kiinteistö Oy Koskelonteollisuus, a family-owned real estate company primarily active in the Helsinki region. The facility is tailored for two tenants, with Haugen Gruppen having signed an agreement for one part. Haugen Gruppen is a Nordic player in the food industry, serving grocery stores, restaurants, and institutional kitchens.
The facility is built for certification according to Breeam Good standards and includes features such as geothermal heating and solar panels.
