Situated directly adjacent to the E6 and E4 highways in Helsingborg, Sweden, LC has acquired land and developed a facility for Seafrigo Nordic. Seafrigo is an international third-party logistics company specializing in the handling and storage of food. The total area of the facility is 13,000 square meters, including a mezzanine floor of 2,000 square meters.
The facility accommodates 15,000 pallets and is divided into three temperature- and humidity-controlled zones. In addition to refrigerated and frozen storage, there is also an ambient zone (+15oC) for storing chocolate and other temperature-sensitive grocery items. Loading and unloading areas are temperature-controlled and equipped with doors that seal tightly against truck compartments and refrigerated containers to minimize energy losses and maintain high food safety standards.
The office section includes workspaces, conference rooms, a kitchen and dining area, as well as changing rooms.
